husband and I stayed here last month and we loved

little inn. We stayed in the Angels room and the
bed was amazingly comfortable - best we have ever
had at a hotel! Irene and Peter were very friendly
and we loved their little dog Noel! Nice place,
reasonable prices - we would absolutely stay

"Great
little inn!"
"We were warmly welcomed, after
calling in at 10pm to inquire about rooms, and
arriving around midnight. Checking in was a breeze
and then our room was so incredibly unique and
comfortable. We slept well, had a nice shower in a
very clean bathroom and checked out with a pasty
and some coffee to get us going. A truly lovely
spot - we'll stay there again next time we come
through town."

"Home from home"
"Stopped here one night while
passing through to Portland. The reviews on here
say it all really - cosy little motel run by a
really friendly and lovely couple, Irene & Peter.
We arrived fairly late in the evening and were
welcomed like family, really made to feel very
much at home. They couldn't do enough for us.
Irene spent some time calling and checking local
restaurants while we checked in. Had a good chat
with both of them in the morning too - very
genuine, friendly people. The place is spotless,
and as many others have noted, there is
considerable pride taken in the upkeep of this
lodging. Rooms are well appointed - fridge,
microwave etc. and the bed was very comfortable.
There is also complimentary wifi and continental
breakfast. If you like dogs you will be bowled
over by their adorable little bichon frise too.
Would definitely return if given the chance."

"Good Neighbors!"
"I am 42 years old and have traveled extensively
from coast to coast beginning at a very young age
on cross-country trips with my Grandparents. I had
the good fortune to stay in the Presidential Suite
at the famed Ritz Carlton, Laguna Beach and even
owned a timeshare in Palm Desert, CA... I share
this to hopefully add weight to the fact that my
opinion of the Buona Sera Inn comes with much
comparison. I have NEVER seen so much pride taken
in an establishment like this in each and every
little detail. I titled this "Good Neighbors!"
because I too live here in Grants Pass and the
owners made me feel more like a cherished neighbor
invited in to their home, than just some average
guest in an average hotel. You just have to
experience it for yourself... you won't be
disappointed."

"Design & Cleanliness"
"I have stayed at the
Buona Sera Inn several times and it is by far the
cleanest Inn I have had the pleasure to stay in.
Every room has a different theme and is
exquisitely decorated. The owners are absolutely
the sweetest, kindest couple I have ever
encountered at any hotel I have ever stayed in.
They will do whatever it takes to make your stay
enjoyable. They have coffee every morning and a
continental breakfast. Every room has a frig,
microwave and Direct TV. Some rooms even have a
kitchenette. I won't stay anywhere else whenever I
am in Grants Pass. Bravo!"

"Amazing find"
"I travel between California and
Grants Pass frequently to visit my children and
finding the Bueno Sera has made future planning a
breeze. Super clean, cozy, open and friendly
proprietors. Irene and Peter care immensely about
their business and clientele Don't hesitate,

"Wonderful place to stay"
"Wow! My wife and I
were headed back to Portland and needed a place to
spend the night. After having stayed in all of the
big chain motels and being afraid to walk across
the carpet in our bare feet let alone sit on the
bed spreads, this motel was a breath of fresh air!
I had talked to Irene on the phone when I made the
reservations and she said something that struck
home with me...she called Peter and herself Inn
Keepers of thier motel. They are not the managers
who are just putting in their shift...they own and
maintain this motel. They are old world inn
keepers who take great pride in maintaining a
clean and well kept rooms. You won't be
disappointed."

friendly. An unexpected treat from the norm. They

"Cute & comfy"
"This place was absolutely
great. Just needed a place to crash for the night
on our way through. The lady there was so sweet
and personable. We were easy to check in quickly,
she even recommend places to get food late at
night and made sure we had everything we needed.
Place had a very relaxing vine and the room was
very cute and welcoming."

"The Great Escape!"
"My husband wanted
something other than the 'standard hotel/motel'
during our trip to Vancouver, Wa. We found it at
Buona Sera Inn in Grants Pass Oregon! This
delightful motel, in an Italian motif, was more
like a B & B. The grand hospitality which Irene
and Peter lavished upon us was only exceeded by
their enthusiasm in general for all of their
guests. Our trip was delayed several hours; we
called and Peter said, "...not to worry, they'd be
waiting for us...". Sure enough, we were greeted
by Irene, and Noel, their mascot bichon, upon our
arrival. We were exhausted, and her kindness and
caring during our check-in made all the
difference. The room looked as though it had been
directly imported from Italy, only larger and
better equiped! The king bed was superior in
comfort. This motel has to have walls of
cinder-block! We couldn't hear a thing, and the
motel is right on one of the main streets. The
following morning, I took our dog, Gracie, for a
nice, long walk from right outside of our room.
Lovely streets, flowers blooming, cedars and pine
trees everywhere.....thank you for this great

"Stayed here for two nights - this place is
so quaint and cute and clean - we own a bed and
breakfast so was really having a hard time
choosing a place to stay until i read the reviews.
The owner was very helpful in helping us choose
the right two rooms that we needed. They are so
friendly and they keep this place spotless. You
will love it - when we return to Grants Pass we
will definitely be staying there again."

"A lovely nice
place to stay"
"I just came back from my trip
to Redwood and Crater Lake NPs with my wife. We
stayed at Buona Sera Inn for one night, and we
really like this lovely small motel. The room is
clean and bed is comfortable. The owner is very
friendly, though we are a little behind our
schedule and got them almost at midnight. I think
we made a great choice, feel very cozy and relaxed
during our stay here."

"Wow, what a steal!"
"My husband and I attended
a wedding in the Applegate Valley. We typically
choose Marriott's, Hilton's others with minimum of
3-1/2 star ratings. We were not familiar with the
Grants Pass area and relied on Trip Advisor for
guidance. Because the room rates were so low, we
were worried how the place would actually look.
WOW, were we pleasantly surprised! Our room,
bedding and linens were absolutely spotless and
comfortable. The air conditioner was quiet. Price
even included breakfast of coffee, yogurt and
fruit. THIS PLACE IS A STEAL. If ever we stay in
the area again, Buona Sera will definitely be our
first choice!"

"Enchanting Place"
"This quaint little 50's
style motel captures the true flavor of Grants
Pass. When you have the owners onsite it makes a
big difference is how you are treated. These folks
are very considerate of all your requests and
respond immediately. This is a must stay location
in Oregon!"

"A gem"
"We arrived here, in town on a whim, after reading
the reviews on Trip Advisor and were most
impressed. The proprietors are so very helpful and
friendly (and have a lovely dog if you're
interested).They could not have done more for us
and indeed gave us some delicious food from their
BBQ to add to our picnic tea.The rooms are
spotless and decorated beautifully - we felt as
though we were staying in their house - not in a
motel. All the amenities - ice, tv, internet etc
are included.The motel, although close to town and
handy for food, drinks and shops, is quiet and
there is a lovely ambience. The courtyard is full
of floral tubs, attractive patio furniture and
when we were there, humming birds. Perfect! Thank
you for having us to stay."

Pass was the Buona Sera."

stay in Grants Pass because of the newly renovated
Hotel and the owner/operators Irene and Paul. They
were a kick and I would usually have a cup of
coffee and chat in the morning with them, a
friendly fun couple. The rooms were unique and
very clean and comfertable. I will always stay at
Buona Sera Inn when in Grants Pass it was a very
good value with wifi and continental included."

"We didn't quite know what to expect
~ but took a chance based on the stellar reviews
of this little Inn. We were not disappointed. The
rooms were the cleanest we had ever seen, and the
room had just what we needed for a one night stay.
We stayed again, 5 nights later, on our way back
home. We would definitely stay again. The Inn
keepers were very welcoming, and it was not unlike
staying in a B&B."

"Beautiful hotel! Didn't want to leave..."

was an awesome hotel, you could tell the owners
put their heart and soul into this place. Each
room had it's own theme, and they were all
gorgeous and homey. The owners turned a normal
hotel into a luxury one. Awesome stay, friendly
service, comfy rooms, I literally can't complain

"Lovely stay, helpful owners, CLEAN room!"
"We had a nice stay in Grants Pass in April at the
Buona Sera Inn. We were on our way to Redwood
National Forest. The room we stayed in was so
clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable,
as were the pillows. There are hardwood floors so
it's really quite dust free. I really appreciated
that. The bathrooms were nice and the shower had a
good supply of hot water and a shower head that
wasn't awful for a tall man! The owners helped us
find a restaurant that evening and were very
pleasant to chat with. Coffee in the morning was
delicious and available in a quick walk to the
office. Great value for such a nice room. We'll
stay again when we're in Grants Pass again! OH,
and eat at Blondie's Bistro, it was delicious!"

"Cute and
Comfortable"
"We came up from Mount Shasta to
see a show at the Theater and decided to look for
a smaller "non-chain" place to stay. We could not
have found a more pleasant, cheerful and
comfortable location. Peter and Irene were very
friendly and helpful with local recommendations.
The location was great for walking to the downtown
area about three blocks away. Thanks Peter and
Irene."

"Perfect
for our family"
"I saw the good reviews on
Tripadvisor and decided to book this hotel. I
spoke with Irene on the phone a few times and it
was very east making the reservation over the
phone. She asked us to call about an hour before
our arrival so she could turn on the heat in our
room. The room was very clean and the beds were
very comfortable. It was a Friday night, so it was
a little noisy with cars on the road, but that
calmed down pretty early.
We were very happy
with the room and would definitely recommend it.

"A Real Gem."
"I
needed to stay in Grants Pass and found this Inn
highly praised on Trip Advisor. I was not
disappointed! The owners live on site and manage
it including cleaning the 14 rooms. My room had
hardwood floors, a quality bed with beautiful
bedding; bath fixtures were quality; everything
seemed like new. It was more than just clean; it
was a lovely place to stay There was a nice
separate kitchen area for food prep with microwave
and fridge. The owners have transformed a small
motel into a special gem."
